We had a rather large sale today. The market was generally lower with a limited demand on average and poor grade alfalfa and grass and a big demand for the better grade of alfalfa and grass.<\/p>\n

**Several men were in the locker room of the gym when a cell phone on a bench rang and a man put it on speaker and begins to talk.\u00a0 Everyone else in the room stopped to listen.\u00a0 Man: \u201c Hello!\u201d\u00a0 Woman: \u201cHi Honey, it\u2019s me.\u00a0 Are you at the club?\u201d\u00a0 Man: \u201cYes.\u201d\u00a0 Woman:\u00a0 \u201cI\u2019m at the shops now and found this beautiful leather coat.\u00a0 It\u2019s only $2,000; is it ok if I buy it?\u201d\u00a0 Man: \u201cSure, go ahead if you like it that much.\u201d\u00a0 Woman: \u201cI also stopped by the Lexus dealership and saw the new models. I saw one I really liked.\u201d\u00a0 Man:\u00a0 \u201cHow much?\u201d\u00a0 Woman:\u00a0 \u201c$90,000.\u201d\u00a0 Man: \u201cOk, but for that price I want it with all the options.\u201d\u00a0 Woman: \u201cGreat! Oh, and one more thing.\u00a0 I was just talking to Janie and found out that the house I wanted last year is back on the market.\u00a0 They\u2019re asking $980,000 for it.\u201d\u00a0 Man: \u201cWell, then go ahead and make an offer of $900,000.\u00a0 They\u2019ll probably take it.\u00a0 If not, we can go the extra eighty-thousand if it\u2019s what you really want.\u201d\u00a0 Woman: \u201cOk. I\u2019ll see you later! I love you so much!\u201d\u00a0 Man: \u201cI love you too.\u201d\u00a0 The man hung up.
