Market was called generally stead on a decent run today. Demand was average. Weather held the run back somewhat this week. Galen Drent is home from the hospital and on his way to recovery.<\/p>\n

Monday sales are beginning on November 23!! Sales are currently every Thursday starting at 12:30 pm. We will NOT be having a sale on Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n

With a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from you sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax.
