**A little old lady was walking down the street dragging two large plastic garbage bags behind her. One of the bags was ripped and every once in a while a $20 bill fell out onto the sidewalk. Noticing this, a policeman stopped her and said, \u201cMa\u2019am, there are $20 bills falling out of your bag.\u201d \u201cOh really? Darn it!\u201d said the little old lady. \u201cI\u2019d better go back and see if I can find them. Thanks for telling me, officer.\u201d
\n\u201cWell now, not so fast,\u201d said the cop. \u201cWhere did you get all that money? You didn\u2019t steal it, did you?\u201d
\n\u201cOh, no, no,\u201d said the lady. \u201cYou see, my back yard is right next to a golf course. A lot of golfers come and pee through a knot hole in my fence right next to my flower garden. It used to really tick me off. Kills the flowers you know. Then I thought \u2018why not make the best of it?\u2019 So now I stand behind my fence by the knot hole, real quiet like, with my hedge clippers. Every time some guy sticks his thing through my fence, I surprise him, grab ahold of it and say \u2018OK, buddy! Give me $20 or off it comes!\u201d
\n\u201cWell, that seems only fair,\u201d said the cop laughing. \u201cOk. Good luck! Oh, by the way, what\u2019s in the other bag?\u201d \u201cWell, not everyone pays.\u201d<\/p>\n
