**\u00a0The Indians asked their Chief in Autumn if the Winter was going to be cold or not.\u00a0 Not really knowing an answer, the chief replies that the Winter was going to be cold with lots of snow and that the members of the village were to collect wood to be prepared.\u00a0 Being a good leader, he then went to the next phone booth and called the National Weather Service and asked, \u201cIs this winter to be cold?\u201d\u00a0 The man on the phone responded, \u201cThis Winter is going to be quite cold indeed.\u201d\u00a0 So the Chief went back to speed up his people to collect even more wood to be prepared.\u00a0 A week later he called the National Weather Service again, \u201cIs it going to be a very cold winter?\u201d\u00a0 \u201cYes,\u201d the man replied, \u201cIt\u2019s going to be a very cold winter.\u201d\u00a0 So the Chief goes back to his people and orders them to go and find every scrap of wood they can find.\u00a0 Two weeks later he calls the National Weather Service again:\u00a0 \u201cAre you absolutely sure that the winter is going to be very cold?\u201d\u00a0 \u201cAbsolutely,\u201d the man replies, \u201cThe Indians are collecting wood like crazy!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
