Market was steady on all the categories except better quality alfalfa, which was lower. Run was more normal size for the fall times. Overall quality was better than previous weeks. Buyer attendance was good.

Today the alfalfa market was mostly steady with good quality consignment. The grass was steady to stronger with heavy volume. The quality varied. The straw sold stronger with generally good quality. The cornstalks trended lower than previous sales. We were happy to see a large and active buying crowd today.
