The alfalfa market was stronger today. The average and lower quality grass was lower as many cattle feeders are busy chopping silage. The better quality grass was steady to slightly lower. We had a smaller buyer attendance today. The bedding market continues to be strong.

Three brothers each marry a woman. The 1st one married a woman from Minneapolis & said to her: When I get back from work, I want the house to be clean. He didn’t see any changes on the 1st day, but on the 2nd day the house was clean. The 2nd brother married a woman from Dallas & said to her: When I get back from work, I want the house to be clean, laundry done & food on the table. On the 1st day he didn’t see any changes, but on the 3rd day he did. The 3rd brother married a woman from Detroit & said to her: When I get back from work, I want the house cleaned laundry done & food on the table. On the 1st day he didn’t see anything, & not on the 2nd or 3rd day either. On the 4th day he could see a little bit with his left eye & had just enough mobility in his right hand to make himself a sandwich.
