We had a decent run at our sale today. Quality was lower on grass, and prices reflected such. Demand was also lower on grass. Alfalfa was decent quality and demand matched that. Straw sold strongly today and stalks were steady to lower. We had a few hay celebrity birthdays this week: Maggie turned 36 on Sunday, Otto Kaepelli had a birthday yesterday, and Harv’s birthday is today!
