Rock Valley Hay Report

97 Loads
Windy day for a sale but still a great buying crowd and a higher quantity of Hay! Market is steady to a little higher in some classes. Alfalfa was steady at an average of around $165-170 with a few higher quality outliers pushing prices into the high $200's! Grass is higher again with averages around $165 and higher quality in the lower $200's. Mixed higher and cornstalks steady. Still some hay around the country it seems even as dryer conditions prevail in the west. Thanks for coming and hope to see you next week Thursday @ 12:30.

A boy asks his father, "Dad, are bugs good to eat?" "That's disgusting. Don't talk about things like that over dinner," the dad replies. After dinner the father asks, "Now, son, what did you want to ask me?" "Oh, nothing," the boy says. "There was a bug in your soup, but now it’s gone."
