The barber gets a little wooden ball from a cup on the shelf and tells the old cowboy to put it inside his cheek to stretch out the skin. When he’s finished, the old cowboy tells the barber that was the cleanest shave that he’s had in years, but he wanted to know what would have happened if he had accidentally swallowed that little ball. Market was called generally a little stronger today and quality was decent. We have been seeing quite a bit lower quality alfalfa and grass recently. Buyer interest was limited today, but we are seeing more interest from outside our immediate area, and coming in from drought areas.

The second biker spits out his tobacco in the old man’s coffee. The third biker takes the entire meal and shoves it off the table. The old man, with out saying a word, gets up, pays the waitress and walks out the door.
