Today the old alfalfa sold steady to weaker. The new alfalfa was not very well received. Some loads were wet. The grass was all old hay & sold mostly steady. The bedding was steady. Buyer interest was weak & so was the quality today.

A teenager boy had just passed his driving test and asked his Dad about using the car. His dad said he’d make a deal. “You bring your grades up from a C to a B average, study your Bible, and get your hair cut, then we’ll talk about the car.” The boy thought for a moment and then agreed. After about 6 weeks the father said, “Son you’ve brought up your grades and I’ve seen you studying your Bible, but I’m disappointed you haven’t cut your hair.” The boy said, “ You know Dad, I’ve been thinking about that and I’ve noticed in my Bible studies that Samson had long hair, as did Moses, and John the Baptist, and there’s even strong evidence that Jesus did too.” The Dad replies, “Did you also notice how they walked everywhere?”
