We had a lighter run today, and a little over 1” of rain last night, which affected the hay market. The rain generally pulled the bedding prices lower. Grass quality was fair and alfalfa was decent, but it had all been rained on. Market was called steady to lower on large squares due to the rain. We are looking forward to more good hay next week.

Two very active seniors, (Jacob, age 92 and Mary, age 89) were all excited about their decision to get married. They go for a stroll to discuss the wedding, and on the way they passed a drug store. Jacob suggests they go in. He addresses the man behind the counter, “Are you the owner?” The pharmacist answers, “Yes.” Jacob says, “We’re about to get married. Do you sell heart medication?” P: “Of course.” J: “How about medicine for circulation?” P: “All kinds.” J: “Medicine for rheumatism?” P: “Definitely.” J: “How about suppositories and medicine for impotence? Medicine for memory problems, arthritis, and Alzheimer’?” P: “Yes, a large variety.
